GREMSY AND NINANO SIGN MOU TO ADVANCE EO/IR GIMBAL CAMERA INTEGRATION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam – November 3, 2026 – Gremsy, a global leader in advanced camera gimbals and payload solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) & Robotics, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NINANO COMPANY INC., based in the Republic of Korea, to establish a framework for collaboration on electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) camera payload solutions for unmanned platforms.
Advancing EO/IR Integration for Unmanned Platforms
Under the MoU, Gremsy and NINANOwill explore opportunities to integrate Gremsy’s EO/IR camera payload solutions including VIO G1 and LYNX into NINANO’s unmanned platforms, initially focusing on an ongoing project. The collaboration aims to support applications such as civilian public safety, monitoring and industrial inspection, where reliable imaging and situational awareness are essential.
The two companies will leverage their respective expertise in engineering, research and development (R&D), and manufacturing to support system integration, technical evaluation, testing, and validation. Through this approach, both parties aim to align technical requirements and development priorities throughout the project.
