Privacy Policy

How Gremsy collects, uses and protects information on gremsy.com.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Gremsy JSC ("Gremsy", "we", "us") handles information when you visit gremsy.com, contact us, request documents, or interact with the emails and links we send. Our U.S. website, gremsy.us, has its own privacy policy.

01

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to understand how our website is used.

  • Information you give us. Name, work email, company, phone number, country, job title, your message, and the products or applications you are interested in - whenever you submit a form (Contact, Request a Quote, Talk to Sales, product or datasheet requests, document downloads, newsletter sign-up, the "Leave a message" widget, or a trade-show meeting request).
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website or campaign that referred you (including UTM parameters), approximate country (provided by Cloudflare), timestamps, and clicks on key buttons.
  • Interaction with our emails and links. Whether you open or click an email we send, click a Gremsy short link, or open a document that we share with you through a tracked link.
02

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. The tools described below may change over time; we update this page when they do.

  • Gremsy measurement. Our own analytics records page views on our servers. It sets a random visitor ID cookie (gremsy_vid, up to one year) and a short visit cookie (about two hours). These cookies contain no name or email. They are not set for automated traffic or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal; in that case we only count the page view anonymously. Our on-page measurement script also stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and understand which content is useful, and Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (by default valid up to two years) and receives data like pages viewed, device, browser, traffic source and approximate location. We do not intentionally send your name, email or form content to Google Analytics.
  • Advertising and marketing tags. We may use Google Ads conversion measurement, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity (page heatmaps and session recordings) and Mailchimp to measure campaigns, understand how pages are used and manage sign-ups. These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
  • Cloudflare. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests (such as IP address and headers) to protect and speed up the site and may set security-related cookies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and other anti-spam checks on forms.
03

How we use information

  • Respond to enquiries, quotes, support and document requests, and follow up on events and meetings.
  • Send product news, documents and newsletters when you have asked for them or given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Understand website and campaign performance, improve content and prioritise follow-up with people who show interest in our products.
  • Keep the website secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including export-control and sanctions screening where applicable.
04

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Gremsy group companies and authorised teams who handle sales, support and marketing for your enquiry.
  • Service providers that help us run the website and our communications - such as hosting, email delivery, customer-relationship and marketing tools (for example HubSpot), and analytics and security providers (for example Google and Cloudflare) - under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and a successor business in a merger or sale of assets.
05

International transfers

Gremsy is headquartered in Vietnam, and our providers operate in several countries, including the United States. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

06

Your choices

  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we do not set our visitor cookie and only count your visit anonymously.
  • Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block cookies in your browser settings.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us and we will stop sending.
  • Your information: you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
07

Data retention

Website measurement records in our own analytics are kept for up to 12 months (records from automated traffic: 30 days). Enquiries, leads and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business purposes, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Data held in third-party tools follows our account settings and those providers' policies.
