Standard warranty
Gremsy products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for the period stated in your purchase agreement.
Service & repair
Repair and calibration services are available through Gremsy and its authorized distributors. Turnaround targets are defined per service agreement.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or operation outside published specifications. Full terms are provided with each order.
