How to upgrade firmware for SYNC?
Here is upgrading firmware process for SYNC
Step 1: Power ON the SYNC.
Step 2: Connect the SYNC to PC using Micro-USB type B cable.
Step 3: Run gTuneDesktop software. Just select COM port and hit Connect button normally. The software won’t receive any response. Don’t worry, this software is designed to communicate with the gimbal, we just use its upgrading function to install SYNC firmware.
Step 4: Go to Upgrade setting, select the SYNC’s firmware .hex file and hit Upgrade button normally. Wait for a moment, your SYNC should be installed the selected firmware.
Step 5: When the process reaches 100%, this time you can disconnect the USB cable and reset the SYNC. Then go to help setting on SYNC’s display and check it firmware version.
