PHOTO CONTEST

By participating, You agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by the following rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of a Gremsy representative whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received.

HOW TO ENTER
1/ Take your pictures at the Gremsy booth (Booth C2656DP)

2/ Post it to your Instagram or Facebook feed, tag it with #gremsyNAB2017.

We will feature entries along the way.

The Gremsy represenattive will choose a lucky person to win our Gremsy T1.

The deadline to submit your entry is May 10, 2017.



PRIZE 

One (1) person will receive a Gremsy T1. The winner will be announced on our Facebook on May 15, 2017.



CONTEST RULES

1. By taking part you accept the conditions of participation

2. You have to be the rights holder of the picture taking part in the contest

3. By taking part, you give Gremsy the right to use the images online and in print

4. You also agree that your profile and user name can be published

5. You can participate with a maximum of 3 pictures

6. You are eligible to publish images on both Facebook and Instagram.

7. The winner of the prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Prize may not be assigned or transferred.

8. The winner will be selected by a representative of Gremsy, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received.

9. The winner will be announced on Gremsy Facebook & Instagram on May 15, 2017.  The winner must respond to the post or send us a private message via Facebook or Instagram within fifteen (15) days from the time the post is published, or prize will be canceled.

10. The winner may be required to provide identification as to his or her name, age, email, job, and residency.

11. Gremsy reserves the right to terminate this contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Gremsy's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Gremsy in its sole discretion.

12. Taxes relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
