By participating, You agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by the following rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
HOW TO ENTER
1/ Visit Gremsy booth (Booth C2656DP)
2/ Fill in the required information in one of our leaflets
3/ Tear the portion of the leaflet that was filled in and then places it in the ballot box located at the booth.
PRIZE
One (1) person will receive a Gremsy H3.
The winners will be announced on our Facebook at 10 AM UTC-8 April 27, 2017.
CONTEST RULES
1. The winner is the person who filled in the required information
2. The winner of the prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Prize may not be assigned or transferred.
3. The winner will be selected by a representative of Gremsy, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified by email.
The winner has 15 days to reply to the prize announcement email. If a response is not received within 15 days by email, the prize will be canceled.
4. Gremsy reserves the right to terminate this contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Gremsy's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Gremsy in its sole discretion.
5. Taxes relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
6. The prize will be sent 3 working days after we receive the confirmation from the winner.
