By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the following rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Gremsy representative whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on June 1, 2018 at 12:01 am EST and ends on June 30, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using any of the following methods: Online.
HOW TO ENTER
This giveaway is created for those who are interested in the new Gremsy S1, who work in the field of inspection, mapping, search and rescue operation or any filed that the S1 can be a part of.

1. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address for the duration of the Contest Period. All entries become the property of Gremsy and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. The winner has to make a review video to share the opinion after receiving the S1. (e.g its design, its capability, what do you expect and how it performs after testing).
3. The opinions/suggestions you have when working with S1 (eg. how to improve it or if it requires any additional accessories)

RULES
1. By taking part, you accept to the terms and conditions of participation.
2. You have the rights to share the information about your ongoing/upcoming projects with Gremsy.
3. By taking part, you give Gremsy the right to use your provided information, images and videos both online and in print.
4. You also agree that your profile and user name can be published.
5. The winner of the prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Prize may not be assigned or transferred.
6. The winner will be selected by a representative of Gremsy, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received.
7. The winner will be announced on Gremsy Facebook on July 20, 2018 and will be notified by email. The winner must respond to the email within fifteen (15) days from the time the email is sent, or prize will be fowarded to an alternate winner.
8. The winner may be required to provide identification as to his or her name, age, email, job, and residency.
9. Gremsy reserves the right to terminate this contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Gremsy's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Gremsy in its sole discretion.
10. Taxes relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
11. Based on the availability of products, Gremsy will inform you the exactly day of delivery. Estimated time: at the end of July.
12. Gremsy retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
13. The winner has to make a video to share the opinion after receiving the S1. (e.g its design, its capability, what do you expect and how it performs after testing)... Your opinion/suggestion might have during the work with S1, how to improve it, does it need any accessories."
