Gremsy & HTI Successfully Integrate VIO G1 onto Horus VTOL UAV, Showcase for Defense & Security 2025

Gremsy, a global leader in stabilized gimbal & payload systems, and HTI Group, a premier Vietnamese UAV technology company, are proud to announce the successful integration of the VIO G1 payload onto the Horus VTOL UAV. This powerful, combined system will be officially showcased at the upcoming Defense & Security 2025 exhibition (November 10-13) in Thailand.

At this year’s exhibition, Gremsy and HTI proudly showcase the VIO G1 payload integrated on HTI’s Horus VTOL UAV - a powerful combination that delivers real-time AI detection, radiometric thermal imaging, and long-range mission capability for defense and security operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Enhanced Capabilities for APAC Defense and Security

The newly integrated solution is a crucial step in delivering advanced aerial intelligence to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) defense and security sectors. The Horus VTOL platform, equipped with the VIO G1, offers a superior capability package including:

  • Real-time AI Detection: Enhanced situational awareness for critical missions.
  • Radiometric Thermal Imaging: High-precision data for surveillance and inspection.
  • Long-Range Mission Capability: Extended operational reach and endurance.

This collaboration highlights the synergy between Gremsy’s proven imaging stability and HTI’s next-generation UAV expertise, resulting in a mission-ready system that significantly enhances operational efficiency for government and enterprise users.

"The Asia-Pacific region has always been one of the most dynamic and high-potential markets for Gremsy, currently contributing around 20% of our total revenue. We project that the APAC market will account for up to 50% of our gross revenue within the next three years, reflecting consistent and sustainable growth." said Mr. Jimmy Lam, Gremsy’s APAC Business Development Representative.

"The VIO G1 payload, with its proven reliability and mission adaptability, is fully ready to meet the demanding needs of surveillance, public security, disaster management, and resource monitoring, offering tremendous opportunities for collaboration with regional partners."

Participation in Defense & Security 2025 will reinforce both companies’ presence in the APAC market, serving as a strategic platform to engage directly with defense forces and potential customers.

“The integration of the VIO G1 payload with the Horus UAV not only enhances the system’s overall competitiveness but also expands its application potential across multiple domains,” shared Mr. Ta Ngoc Thanh, Director of the High-Tech Development Center HTI Group.

“By mastering core UAV technologies and combining them with advanced imaging systems, we aim to deliver solutions that bring real, practical value to our customers — strengthening both national capabilities and Vietnam’s position in the global technology landscape.”

Visitors are invited to witness the VIO G1 payload integrated on the Horus VTOL UAV at Booth T11. The live demonstration will illustrate how advanced imaging stabilization and UAV engineering combine to redefine the future of aerial surveillance with technology built for reliability, precision, and mission success.
