Your upgrade package will be shipped within 1 – 2 working days from the date we receive your payment.
Do I need to show proof of purchase for the early models?
No. Sending in your proof of purchase is not required. However, if you still have the proof of purchase, we suggest that you attach it in the email for faster processing.
My device is not on the list of devices. Can I still participate?
If you cannot find your device in our database, we are not able to offer the Gremsy Loyalty Program for you. However, you can email us with detail to ask for further support.
