Detailed Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Gremsy Giveaway is open to anyone who is interested in Gremsy T3V3, especially those who work in the field of inspection, mapping, etc, or want to be our tester to experience new products in the future.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the following rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically by Gremsy. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Gremsy representatives whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 20th, 2020 and ending September 20th, 2020. All online entries must be received by September 20th, 2020 at 11:59 PM. All times are UTC +7:00 ICT - Indochina Time.
4. How to Enter:
The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site.
One lucky person who best meets the criteria of the Giveaway will be the winner.
*The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Gremsy. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Gremsy.
5.Prize: The winner will receive a Gremsy T3V3 with total value $1,749.
*No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Gremsy to use the winner's name, and entry information for purposes of advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6.Winner selection and notification:
Winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address he/she entered the Giveaway within seven (7) days following the winner selection. Gremsy shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
