Empowering Gremsy Customers with Security and Performance
The integration of Lantronix’s solution, specifically the Open-Q™ 5165RB System on Module (SoM), delivers several key benefits:
- Optimized Integration: The Lantronix SoM enables Gremsy’s optimized Hadron Main Board, which is compact and energy-efficient, facilitating the seamless transmission of signals from the FLIR Hadron 640R.
- Edge AI Capabilities: The solution provides advanced AI inference at the Edge, including object detection, navigation, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), tracking, and scene recognition.
- Enhanced Processing: The powerful processing cores enable real-time data processing and analytics, enhancing the operational efficiency of aerial imaging or surveying tasks.
- Longer Flight Times: Improved power efficiency for longer operational times for drones is achieved as less energy is consumed for processing tasks.
- Unique Design: The unique design includes a dedicated, direct connection with the FLIR Hadron 640R as well as edge-based SLAM and path planning in real-time.
- Compact Form Factor: The Lynx ISR payload benefits from powerful onboard compute, real-time video analytics, and precise gimbal control in an ultra-compact form factor, while providing low power processing needs.
Both payloads are designed to deliver live streaming, image retrieval, and onboard AI processing for real-time anomaly detection and intelligent video analysis. This platform is ideal for mission-critical applications such as public safety, search and rescue, surveying and mapping, energy and utilities, construction, and agriculture.
This collaboration underscores Gremsy’s commitment to providing secure, high-performance, and compliance-driven solutions to the growing global drone market.
