Ho Chi Minh City, December 2025 – The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Gremsy Manufacturing Facility took place successfully on November 25 at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, marking a strategic milestone in the company’s nearly 15-year journey of technological innovation and sustainable growth.
Valued at 550 billion VND (approximately USD 22 million), the project underscores Gremsy’s long-term commitment to scaling its research and production capabilities while fostering sustainable development through the construction of a LEED Gold-certified green factory. Assessed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the LEED Gold standard evaluates design, construction, and operational practices aimed at optimizing performance and minimizing environmental impact.

The new facility spans 14,860 square meters on an 11,268-square-meter site, featuring a modern architectural approach that prioritizes interaction, innovation, and manufacturing efficiency. The campus will house a high-tech manufacturing building dedicated to producing Gremsy’s core products, a state-of-the-art R&D Center designed for 100 engineers, an Innovation Hub that fosters cross-functional collaboration, a central lobby with a technology showcase area, and a multi-purpose hall with recreational spaces to promote a balanced and inspiring work environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Vinh, CEO of Gremsy, emphasized:

We strongly believe that with the support of our valued partners and local authorities, the factory will be completed and operational on schedule.”
The ceremony welcomed approximately 400 distinguished guests, including senior leaders from Gremsy, representatives of Ho Chi Minh City authorities, strategic partners from Vietnam and abroad, long-standing customers, and delegates from top engineering universities—key contributors to Vietnam’s rapidly advancing UAV technology ecosystem.
As part of the ceremony, Gremsy proudly signed strategic Memoranda of Understanding with FPT Corporation and Teledyne FLIR, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, technology co-development, and global market expansion.
