0. Product warranty

  • All Gremsy’s products are guaranteed to be in good quality as described in conditon that they are properly assembled and used in accordance with the instructions published in the Gremsy’s website. Any defects in materials and workmanship will be replaced free of charge in the period of one (01) year from the shipping date. Defective parts should be returned at the Buyers’ expenses to the Gremsy Center Care’s. Gremsy will inspect the returned parts and send the replacements within seven (07) business days from the receipt date. In order to quickly process the replacements, please send us a photo of the defective parts.

    This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper assembly, corrosion and handling.


0. Returns

Within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, Buyer can contact us via email for an authority of return or exchange in the condtions that:

  • The returned products must be in new condition as it is and without signs of unboxing the package or without signs of being used.
  • The returned products must be shipped in its original package to Gremsy Care Center at the Buyers’ shipping charges. All damages caused during shipping will be at the Buyer’s responsibility.
  • If a return is authorized, Buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the invoice.

Within 7 business days from the receipt of the returned product and after the inspection conducted by Gremsy, Buyers will be contacted for the process of refund. Please allow us fourteen (14) business days to process the refund.

Shipping and handling charges for the products are non refundable. All banking charges related to the refund will be at Buyers’ account.
